1Introduction & Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Bajievip ("Platform", "we") and you ("Member", "User"). By accessing or using Bajievip through its website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

2Account Registration & Verification

4Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• KYC verification must be completed — Withdrawals cannot be made from unverified accounts.

• Your withdrawal method must match the one used for your deposit — this is required for anti-money laundering compliance.

• Money Laundering: Using the Bajievip platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Third-party payments: Depositing or withdrawing using another person's payment method.
• Software Exploitation: Betting using bots, scripts, or any automated methods.
• Underage accounts: Operating an account on behalf of someone under 18 years of age.

If any of the above activities are detected, your account will be suspended immediately, all balances may be frozen, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Bajievip may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• If KYC verification has not been completed, or if false information has been provided.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months) and holds a balance, a maintenance fee may be charged.
• Under court order or direction from a regulatory authority.

You can close your account at any time. Simply contact support — all valid balances will be refunded. Please note that requests to reopen an account before the end of a self-exclusion period will not be accepted.

9Responsible Gaming
